Are items sold at Luxury Labels authentic?

What condition are the items in?
We are selective as to the luxury items we purchase and generally sell only new, like new or gently used items. Every item listing includes a detailed description of its condition and images of flaws or signs of wear. We do not sell items that are damaged beyond regular wear and tear.
Do items come with original packaging and paperwork?
We always specify what’s included in our listings. Items that come with their original boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards, etc will be specified in the product descriptions.
Are the images shown on your website of the actual items listed for sale?
Yes, we take very detailed professional photos of every item that we sell. We do our best to provide images of areas of wear for a pre-owned item.
Are the prices negotiable?
Prices are not negotiable. We price competitively in line with current resale market value. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, Apple Pay, Paypal and Affirm.
Do you collect sales tax?
Sales tax applies only to orders shipped to an address in the state of New Jersey (on handbags and accessories ONLY). No sales tax is collected if order is shipped anywhere outside of New Jersey.
Do you offer payment plans?
We offer ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ options at checkout via Paypal Later and Affirm.
Do you offer layaway?
We do not offer layaway, however, Buy Now Pay Later options are available at checkout via Paypal Later and Affirm.
Do you offer a warranty on your items?
We do not offer any warranty.
Can I place an order for store pick up?
Yes, orders purchased for pick up can be picked up at our Manalapan, NJ store during our business hours after you receive a “pick up ready” notification email. Please read our Store Pick Up Policy here.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Luxury Labels will only ship to physical addresses in the United States.

How do I submit my item for a quote?
Use our highly intuitive online app to submit for a quote here. You will be able to select your item, upload photos, provide description and keep track of your offers. Use “request manual quote” feature if you don’t see your bag style listed.
How long does it take to receive an offer?
Typically within 1-2 business days
Do you offer buyouts?
Yes! We offer buyouts on high demand items in great condition.
Can I bring items to your store?
Once you receive an estimated quote, you can request an appointment to bring in your items.
How does the payment work?
Payments can be issued via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, check or store credit.

Yes, we offer a complimentary pre-paid, fully insured shipping label for inbound shipments over $500 in value.
